I have that steeda H pipe with active exhaust^^.
Sounds so good. I love the sound of both x and h but prefer the deeper and less raspy h pipe. Totally subjective!
I wanted an easy mod to throw my money at and I spent a lot of time reading about cold air intakes. I found some thread from a couple years ago on whether or not itās worth it. Someone with an immense amount of knowledge had a MASSIVE post explaining that the ones that come stock are just as...
No regrets! Itās basically the same interior and exterior but a totally different car! Eco boost was a lot of fun but the GT is epic. Enjoy the last of the V8s.
I had a 2016 ecoboost PP and traded for a 2018 GT and am very happy with it. Get the active exhaust!!
I would have just waited until the perfect one for me came along. Thatās what I did when I bought mineā¦ it took 6 months to get one with everything I wanted but it was worth the wait. And I was able to save up more for a down payment while I was waiting! I also had to drive 3 hours to get to the...
I use it every time I drive still after two and a half years. Quiet mode to start it up. Track mode when Iām a couple blocks away from home. Quiet mode when the 5-0 is driving behind my 5.0.
Ahh brutal! I have the same spec Mustang same year. My transmission shifted clunky when I first bought it. Bought it used at 18000 km. Ford reflashed it and itās been buttery smooth since. (Now at 50000km)
Itās a fair bit louder than stock. Get an H pipe and it will be even louder/deeper in tone. Itās makes way more of a difference between quiet and track mode! The cold starts can be nasty in winter tho even with quiet start enabled. The initial bark can be way to loud to call it a quiet start...
Try sport Mode (not sport+). The gears hold for longer and donāt skip a gear, but the shifting isnāt as aggressive as sport+. I find itās a good middle ground when you are in traffic but want to have some fun. Sport+, to me, feels a little haywire in traffic.
My mode! Which is normal mode, light steering, and track exhaust. I will put the transmission into sport if itās not rush hour and have it in āmy modeā simultaneously. (Sport transmission, light steering, track exhaust). Empty roads I usually put it in sport+ And usually keep the exhaust to...
