Update on the topic:
I've installed Dorman studs 610-621 (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0C3T7GJYX).
It went smoother than I expected: the head doesn't hit the ABS ring, the old studs go out easy with a small hammer, no need to disarm the wheel hub.
And the best part is that there're tons of options for any length on Dorman site, and these ones cost just $40.
