Livernois question

Im very new to this car modding world.

But I had no idea that Livernois ships their tunes BLANK! And to make matters worst I received it on a Saturday! I sent over all the info needed for Livernois to send me the needed files for the tune to download. But their freakin closed on the weekends.

Does anyone know if they still do emails over the weekend? Cause I can not wait another 2 days just to receive these files... I've already waited over a week for this tune just to arrive :doh:

follow the instructions included with the tuner
you'll download the tunes from their server directly to your device
then flash to your car
they don't need to be open for what you are trying to do

Thanks for the reply, but unfortunately livernois does not supply instructions. You have to go on their website and download their PDF. But this is what their PDF is claiming you have to do....

Sorry that you did not receive instructions along with your web order. It is unfortunate cases like this that we also ensure that the instructions for our products are on our site for easy access!

Ron is correct on what the tuning process looks like. Your tuner will arrive to you completely blank, and ready to read info that will give us your factory calibration. You email that info to us, and we build you your tunes. When they are built we provide you with an app to download to your PC. This app will allow you to connect to our secured remote tuning server. All that you have to do is click "Update Tuner", and that will send us your factory calibration. Once we get that info to our calibration department we will have your custom tuning files ready for you in 24-48 hours. Whenever your tunes are ready to put onto your handheld we will email you letting you know that you can plug your tuner back into your PC and update the tuner again. After that, just load your tune onto your car and have fun!

As for our availability, we are open 9am-6pm EST Monday to Friday AND 9am-1pm on Saturday. So we are here to help you on more than just weekdays!

Keep in mind that in some cases if your car has a new strategy code, tuning might be delayed some. That is happening right now with my tune request. If that happens, LMS will certainly inform you. You certainly will NOT be disappointed though.

Keep in mind that in some cases if your car has a new strategy code, tuning might be delayed some. That is happening right now with my tune request. If that happens, LMS will certainly inform you. You certainly will NOT be disappointed though.

I have mine loaded to the tuner and ready to go but haven't done it yet lol. I'm at 2088 miles so I'll prob fire it up at 2500

This is a brand new strategy code for 2016 that has to be added to our list of readily available tune files. Just wanted to let you know that because this can take a few extra days depending on the work load ahead of you. I have sent the request to have both 91 and 93 octane files created for your vehicle.

This is part of the email I just received A couple days hopefully will go by quick haha

haha when I got the tuning for my EB I brought my laptop and tuner to work in anticipation of getting the email and ended up doing the update on lunch break.

This car I've somehow gained a little restraint. It also has to do with me running 87 lately and wanting to get all of that out first
