In low RPM’s it will jerk and go into quiet mode until 2500 rpm’s, then it will go normal. Here’s a video of what the screen says. It goes away after I turn car off for 5 minutes. Threw a p061B and then it went away as well. Cleaned MAF and filter. I have a C&L and an X pipe with e85 tune. Only mods. I have aftermarket steering wheel, front grill, headlights and a Dynavin stereo. Ford said I had to put the car back to compete stock in order to even diagnose it. Any help would be appreciated.

Who tuned you? Were you driving in Sport mode when it happened?

It happens in any exhaust mode. It’s a bama tune. I have a manual, so there are no modes. It started to do it more after I unhooked the battery. I tuned it after to see if it would get rid of it. It still does it.

Bama??? My condolences.

I recommend a new tune even if the tune is not the issue.
I hear Wengerd is pretty good these days.

It’s the one it came with, so 2 years old.

Can you swap batteries with a fresh one somewhere? Or track you battery voltage on the dash. If it's not dropping to ~12.4v consistently, your battery is weak. Also, I'd give it a BMS reset, see if that helps.

In other words, try the cheapest fixes first. Especially on a car this finnicky electrical wise.

Electrical issues can be such a challenge. Both my battery and my son's battery (22 Mach 1 and 22 GT) started acting up and going into battery saver mode plus other electrical glitches at the 2.5 year point. Ford might have replaced them under warranty but since both cars are modified and tuned, I didn't even try. Replacement batteries solved the glitches. Also, check your Active Exhaust wiring for chafing at the body pinch weld seam above the actuators.
