Circle D seems to be the popular choice. Which model and which stall?
Also, how is it for daily driving?

Which stall depends on if you're staying N/A or not. It is perfectly fine for a daily driver.

Curious for my self and I'm sure others, what people are running with a power adder and without? Also, what are the affects of a daily driver, if any?

Brand, model, stall size? Are they happy with it

Circle D is the way to go. On my 2011 I had a 4C and ran a best of 11.2. The converter was worth half a second.

It depends.

If you are going with a PD Supercharger like a VMP TVS, or Roush TVS - the stock converter is excellent.

Also, a stock converter works well with nitrous.

N/A and just about any other poweradder, Circle D is where it's at.

For N/A....I like 4000-4500 range on average. With the right tune, 5000 FTW!

Same here, looking to do a stall converter sometime early spring. Not sure which would be best for DD and still some solid gains in the 1/4 mile

I will be receiving my converter in a few weeks.

It is a custom piece from BTS, and I have high expectations.

I just did a circle-D in my car. Havent had a chance to run it with the correct transmission tuning but I ran it at the track and the sixty was really improved. So im expecting big things once it's tuned correctly. I find the 4C to be very streetable!

Either a 3C or 4C would work good for you. Both are pretty close in performance.

Thanks for the input, I will definitely be looking into this mod. I just hope this car has more room around the transmission to reach the bell housing bolts. The last one I did was on a '01 Z28, what a pain it was to reach the top three bolts. I had so much trouble trying to reach them with extensions working off my back. Those fourth gen car were not DIY friendly. Almost had to remove the engine to work on it. Doing headers was another nightmare too.

No brand bashing here but I originally wanted Circle D (for my previous car) since they are made local to me and my boss uses them for his 9 second Trailblazer; but at the time they were quite proud of their product so I went with FTI instead. I daily drove my 3600 stall from FTI in Houston traffic with no problems or complaints...other than my ExxonMobil bill every month.

I run a Circle-D 4E set to flash to 5,000 rpm's. Dropped a good 5 or 6 tenths off my 1/4 mile ET's and it's a true daily driver. Easy to drive on the street, while being VERY entertaining to drive. Really wakes up the car and makes it feel like it's 500 lbs lighter.
