My situation is a little different. I had body panels the dealer tried to fix multiple times and during one of their attempts dented my door. Service sent me to some off site guy to try and fix my car without breaking the factory paint. Did an ok job but not perfect and I have it in writing that they agree the body shop dented the door when they had it. They said fine lets go to the body shop and do body work on the car. When I said hell no they suggested I speak with sales about taking back the car because of all the issues and when they saw me they said no and gave me some nonsense the dent was my problem because I chose to have the panels fixed.

Oops..my bad...I didn't realize it was a dealer thing, and probably not a Lemon Law thing. The BBB can still help with dealer issues...they are very easy to work with and will answer all of your questions. They will definitely get your dealer's attention!

I kinda feel it is both issues. The dealer worked on my body panels numerous time (ford issue) but during that they messed up my car (dealer issue). Mostly poor service from the dealer, but now that my car will have diminished value because they dented it while it was in their possession i'm pretty upset. They have wasted my time since april working on my car.

Hopefully i'll just get my BBB paperwork and see what direction they want to go. Total BS though

I won the arbitration. Now to the next step.

Congratulations! Are you asking for a buyback?

Ordered my replacement vehicle today. My dealer couldn't find exactly the configuration I wanted (see below) within 500 miles. There weren't even any cars on order or in transit that met these specs, so ordering was the only option. It might work out well, though; it's due to arrive close to the holidays, so there might be some good financing incentives! WOO HOO! :headbang:

Awesome!

Love your Avatar... That's pretty much me right now... telling myself: "ANOTHER MUSTANG?". I just hope that my replacement (2015, or 2016) doesn't have the vibration issue. There's a post of a 2016 GT with vibration issues already. I'm already scared. Someone hold me. :p
LOL..I don't need to tell myself..my wife takes care of that!

I'm going to give my new one a thorough shakedown run before signing any papers. If there is any vibration (or any other nonsense like bad panel gaps) I will either have them order me another one, or ask for a refund (depending on what kind of mood I'm in at the time). Not much I can do if problems arise after I take delivery, but I sure as hell am not going to accept one that I know is bad. We now have the upper hand, my friend!! :headbang:

Most of the engine issues appeared around 1.5k-2.0k miles in (vibration, turbo, trans). That's why I'm sort of worried. :ninja:

Lets hope for the best!
Yikes! Yeah, let's hope we both dodge that bullet on the next ones!

After you guys accepted the Arbitrator's decision, how long did it take "Ford Motor Company" to contact you guys?
It took about a week for Ford to contact me.

Well i have the next three days off, i'm gonna find out why the BBB never send me forms. I have two verification emails that say in the next few days i'll receive a packet to fill out and return.
