Hello guys, I've been scouting the forums and google to find a lightweight daily wheel setup and came across these Konig Hypergrams. Im interested in the 18 inches but am worried about the ET.

Can anyone with experience chime in and clarify what offset I need to make the wheels flush with the fenders? (or somewhat flush, no poke though!)

I plan on buying
FRONT: 18x8.5 ET35 (I dont believe they will poke, but are they gonna be too far in?)
REAR: 18x11 ET40 (this is where Im hesitant, are they gonna poke?)

Those offsets will work just fine up front.

For the rear those should be flush or maybe have a little poke. Many people run 11” rears on +50 offset, I’d imagine +40 will be fine with a little poke.

If you have a performance pack car, make sure the front brakes will clear the 18” wheel.

I'm running an 19x10 et40 in the rear and they are flush. Using willtheyfit.com you are going to have 12.7 mm (1/2 inch) of poke. That sounds small but is actually quite large and I doubt you have adjustable rear camber arms. Rule of thumb is 6mm more poke per half inch of increased wheel width.

I'm running Apex SM10. Check those out, somewhat similar to the Konigs and roughly 21.8 lbs. Available in 18x10 square et40 which is great.

Thank you, I'll check them.

I can get the rear Konigs in a 18x9.5 ET35 too, judging by your comment I believe they should be flush.
Only problem is I cant run a wider tire than 275.... Choices choices... It all boils down to weight or traction.

The Apex SM10 is also available in an 18x11 et52 which would work in the rear.
