So just how unique is your LE? Any one else wonder about the other people in the world that want an LE, especially since this car is going global? Well during my training I was informed that 364 of the LE's will be shipped else where so you know have 1 of 1600 LE's in the US. Congratulations! Much rarer in other countries. So those of you out side of the country, get your check book ready you'll probably need it!

No, none of the LE's will be right hand drive.

Let the discussion begin!

And considering the number of people that intend to use them as daily drivers, only a subset of that number will remain in collectible condition.

Canada is receiving 125 LEs. Ford Canada is keeping 6 of them for various reasons.
So there will be 119 available. 51 went to dealerships around the country based of Mustang sales. The remaining 68 went on a lottery that has already been done. As far as I know only one allotment per dealership. From what I understand they are all long gone and none left available .

When they arrive up here, who knows.

I think the LE is a nice looking car, particularly in the Kona Blue. I do think Ford watered them down considerably by allowing the appearance package that so many will get and so many mainstream public and dealers alike will confuse for the actual LE later on. (Yes I know VIN will determine what is an actual LE, but don't think for a second dealers won't be selling used "LEs" later with the appearance package and the general public isn't as thorough as those posting here).... Fast fwd 5-10 years, I don't think they'll be worth much more than a GT, and I wouldn't get one over a regular GT, but they are nice cars and have the best interior, wheels and rear quarter window of all the models imo. Could do without corral grille, faux gas cap and chrome around taillights.

I agree with you and I ordered one !
Its a cool car but I can't see it having any major value in a couple of years based on previous anniversary models….if Ford made 150 of them, yes but not nearly 2000 and with people being able to buy the appearance package minus the windows and seats this only reinforces its value of slightly above a GT... IMHO.
I got it because I wanted to and yes I will drive it all the time, its just car so what else would I do with it.

I tend to agree hopefully it will retain its value for the people paying $15K over.

Collectible Mustangs more recently: '79 Pace Car, 82 GT, 84-86 SVO (Competition Prep Package Especially) 85GT, 93 Cobra, 1995 Cobra R, 00 Cobra R, 03 Cobra, Boss 302, Shelby(?), LE.

Other models, Bullitt, Mach 1 have a following, just not sure how distinct they are. The First Bullet maybe because it had some unique equipment. The Shelby is a question mark because they are everywhere.

I don't consider the 03 and Shelby collectively. That's just me but they are pretty common. Zero mile ones will retain value but others won't.

Having owned a 2001 Dark Highland Green BULLITT Mustang, I just wanted to politely correct the spelling on that. No offense.
