I’d like to see what it gets with just a tune on the stock intake before changing it. Can’t imagine it’s enough of a difference to justify spending $400.
Drop in filter in stock assembly with tune. Flows well and keeps iats down. If e available in your area then tuning for it would be a no brainer too.

Yeah I have a chevron with E85 1 mile from my house and I live close to a few reputable tuners. I will more than likely make the swap when I get a few more miles on my car.

Looks like JLT delivers... this is on a roush 2300 supercharger
+ 16 rwhp and + 12 rwtq over the roush intake (open box)
even more on closed box

If it were my car I would go with a closed-air box and utilize the factory snorkel, this usually keeps the IAT lower than it would on an open-air element-style cold air intake system. I have the system we carry on my 16 gt and when it was n/a the IATs were 2-8 degrees above ambient when cruising depending on the day, it's also compatible with the Edelbrock TVS 2650 supercharger.

and in order to get the most out of them, I do recommend a tune. There are options for tune required vs non-tune required and the tune required ones are what I would go with as they have a larger MAF housing and you can get more out of them.

I would use a closed-air box if you can. and if you need help picking one out or want to order one dm me and I can hook you up with one and our tuner!
