Your tubes are probably making contact with the a/c braket.
Checked that, I have a solid 3/8-1/2" clearance on that bolt. Thanks for the suggestion though

So did I but it made contact during throttle. Motor moves quite a bit under load. Just looking out, either way hope you get it fixed. Numbers look solid.

Think I have a couple of issues resolved and going back to the dyno tomorrow. As always I'll post up the numbers to help you make your own build decisions.

I discovered I had broken baffle in my muffler which may have been what was setting off my knock sensors and pulling timing out. That maybe up for debate but the car sounds so much better with the new muffler installed that I think the baffle may have been broken from start.

I moved the 02 sensor on my from my long tube headers down about 6 inches and clocked it 20 degrees to help prevent condensation collecting on the sensor. Real reason for moving the then sensor was to make sure we are getting and accurate wide band reading. Before it was really only reading the first two banks.

I sent a couple more datalogs to bama and they tweaked the tune a bit. But if all goes well and there is more power to made I'll have them dyno tune the car.

Ok, took a bit longer than expected but got back to the dyno this weekend and dyno tuned the car. Picked up roughly 15hp but from the driver seat it feels like more. Couldn't be happier with the outcome. 410.26/374.11 is one of the stronger numbers I have seen come out of an automatic with cats. Probably will do some more tune work in a couple of weeks. Also curious if the 1 piece driveshaft will influence dyno results so I'll would like to do a run, install the shaft and do another run for my own curiosity the same day.
