Each year seems to be just a little different but as a rule your have it right with late February or early March for resumption of production.

Earl: You jiggled my brain with your Google Earth shot so I took a look.

This is the shipping area and I count ten rail lines with six cars per rail. Assuming Mr. G is correct and most are tri-level "auto racks" for passenger cars that hold up to fifteen each, that's nine HUNDRED vehicles. Whoa.

Sure wish I could find a local webcam for a current view.
