So the manufacture says they were cut to +45...
They are looking in to a place to get them cut to +50..
I know it's only 5mm, but +50 is already pushing it as it is..

Can I really just have 5mm more cut off and it be just fine? I figured the lug nut depth was all figured in everything when they are originally cut..
Slight poke, looks meaty. I wouldn't be concerned with it because suspension dynamics will bring the wheel in under load so you wont rub. Would be more "flush" if you lowered the car - Would also consider -2 degrees camber before having someone change the offest of the wheels.

What's the real issue? Do you like they way they look? If so screw it man, rock em.

Do you have any side shots of the car? I don't think the slight poke looks bad either.

I'm on Sportlines and ordered a set of wheels with a 20x11+45 in the rear. I got a great deal on a pair of 315/35 tires so I'm just going to dial in camber until it works.

Were the wheels supposed to be 50 or 45? If they were supposed to be 50 and were miss cut, I'd be looking for a new set with the correct offset.

Well that makes more sense. I just couldnt quite figure how a +50 was sticking out that far with your camber. Did they advertise these as +50 or +45?

So, they were ordered as +50.. They were cut to +45 because of some paperwork issue on their end..
They have offered to make me a new set for the rear.
We all make mistakes, how we recover from them shows our true character.
So far they have been great about it..
