Isn't it bad on the seals? I believe E85 use also voids your warranty. It specifically says in the manual to never use anything higher than E15.E-85 runs much cooler. It is a higher octane and almost never detonates so you don't have to worry about a bad tank of 91.. You could make the same power as 91 with less boost. I ran E-85 fulltime in my 13 and plan to do the same on my 15 in the very near future.
If the car isn't set up for it tune wise, they won't run correctly.Isn't it bad on the seals? I believe E85 use also voids your warranty. It specifically says in the manual to never use anything higher than E15.
just because you can, doesn't make it a good idea,
e85 works great on these engines, but we really don't recommend it without at least doing one of our stage 1 e85 fuel system.
you can squeeze by with a high voltage bap, but if you actually log the fuel pressure, you'll see it drop quite a bit
usually the id 1000s will help keep the a/f up, but it really isn't the way to go
My warranty is thing of the past. I already have oil pump gears and a complete twin pump return fuel system. HUNDREDS of 11-15 5.0's on E85 and zero issues.Isn't it bad on the seals? they are a bit stronger, but, with our plans, still won't be engouhYou have done a 2015 already? The pumps are stronger then the 2011-14's at least what we have seen in testing. But yes, proper fuel system needs to be in place for the power level people want to achieve with E85.
