Interior cleaning?

What does everyone use for interior cleaning/protection. Right now I use Armor All Cleaning Wipes. I hate Armor All, but the cleaning wipes are just soap cleaning wipes, they leave no residue at all unlike their protectants. I feel like I should be using some sort of UV protectant, but I hate using anything that leaves ANY residue. Nothing worse then seeing light colored plastic spots all over the car that you missed with the protectant. I've considered Chemical Guys Interior Clean. Has anyone use this product? Does it leave any residue? I want the plastic to look matte black with no residue or change in color what-so-ever.

I use the CG interior clean. I haven't really used anything else so don't have anything else to compare it to but it does the job and doesn't leave residue. I tend to stay away from anything Armor All.

Thank's, I'll pick up a bottle and give it a try. I hate all things Armor All also. Years ago I used their protectant on an 94 Mustang I had, and it looked terrible, If you miss a single spot it really shows and makes the car look like crap, which is why I dont want anything that changes the appearance of the plastic. The Armor All cleaner wipes are just like using a wet paper towels, they actually work really well, and leave no residue or lint but I want something with some UV protection but it seems like most of the products I've come across leave some type of coating, residue, or change the appearance.

Add me to the ArmorAll haters list. Bucket of hot water with a splash of auto glass cleaner and a lint-free rag of some sort. Let it air out and dry thoroughly. Keeps the plastics looking like they left the factory since there's no residue of any kind.

I've used the wipes before and you're right. Every holiday season , someone gifts me an ArmorAll car wash set. It never fails! Ha.. I think you'll be happy with the Chemical Guys cleaner

I use 303 protectant. It gives a slight satin finish, but nothing like armor all. I might give CG interior clean a try cause I've only heard good things.

I used glass cleaner on the interior plastic of my Jeep and 12 years later it still looks great. Maybe I should just continue to do that.

I use 303 aerospace on everything except the seats - nice satin finish and UV protection.

I've been using Maguiars leather cleaner/conditioner on the seats, but not thrilled with slightly greasy feel and the noise whenever you slide your but on em lol. I'll be trying something else, maybe Sonax or Lexol.

I use Adam's leather and interior cleaner if there is anything more than light dust buildup. 303 Aerospace on all the plastics, and Adams leather conditioner on the seats.

Interior wise I dont want that "armorall" shine. Just clean and stock lock. So is it best to use a cleaner first like the linked CG one (perhaps even just water) then a protectant like 303?.

I got some extra Adam's Interior cleaner in a box of other stuff and it works fine, I notice a good amount of dirt coming off the high-traffic areas like the steering wheel and where my elbow rests on the storage cover and it cleans everything else fine.

I also use Adam's Leather Conditioner on the doors and seats as it leaves a nice layer of protection almost like a wax that makes it easier to clean stuff off. I recently tried some of the interior detailer that's supposedly anti-dust and it seems to be doing well on the upper dash area that tends to show dust/hair/dirt quite easily. Nice matte finish but you have to make sure you put down an even application and buff it otherwise you'll notice waves or spots.

Windows, always distilled water, one moist towel to clean, another dry one to buff.
