They can't just deny by law unless the probe that's what caused the issue, I mean sure they can be dicks, but you have to get in good with the sales team when you buy and know what kind of place it is. Like I said I had some worries they would say something

I can't argue with that because I have no clue about outside the US, I guess i dint realize you were in Greece

The housing had a leak, they can't just replace the housing has to be the whole turbo

I do a lot of datalogs and every time I check out the charge temps they go down 5-10 degrees F during any type of pull even 1-5th gear ful throttle vs stock it would rise 40degrees F. So I personally believe it is very helpful.
