Intake Runner Stuck Closed

Uuuuuuhhh pretty sure my ‘23 Mach 1 has a GT350 manifold and it’s broke at 12,000 miles

If his is broke that is a total of 2 that I know about.

Mine is being replaced this Wednesday.

Typically if they break you get the stuck open code. His is stuck closed which leads me to believe his vacuum lines are incorrect. His pictures reinforce this idea.

By the color, the vacuum hoses and the EVAP valve. You need to route the vacuum hoses like the picture I posted. A stock 17 intake manifold will have silver runners and the EVAP valve will be slanted toward the passenger side of the car.

You also have a stock 17 throttle body. The GT350 TB has the plug on the top not the bottom.

I think it is getting vacuum here marked in red.

I could be wrong but this is what it looks like. The vacuum lines are a hot mess.

Riddle me this. I gave her hell on a country road. Didn’t bounce off redline. But from a dig to 100. Check engine light goes away…

WOT no vacuum and IMRC flaps open. Fix your vacuum hose routing

$40 bucks and a tank of gas and I'll meet you in Louisville and fix the hoses.

I'm in Florence, 25 miles south of Cincinnati.

Luckily, the place I bought this car from is fixing this issue. I will let you know what comes out of it. The guy fixing it, is a well known mechanic around here.

Make sure he cleans up those vacuum lines. Even if for some reason it is working properly it is not a professional look

I have described everything with it to him. Car was dropped off today. Hoping to hear something tomorrow.

As mentioned, the vacuum lines have seemed to have solved the intake runner issue. I am planning on getting those lines cleaned up. He said there's no reason for the lines to be ran like they are, as he you mentioned. I will keep an eye on it. If I have anymore issues, I will let you guys know.
