Sorry if this is a repeated post.
Wanting to install a dash cam through the cigarette lighter plug like I've done in other vehicles but noticed that in my Mustang the dash cam stays on after turning the car off. In my other car, the same cam would turn off when I turned the car off. I was wanting to know if anyone uses the cigarette lighter plug for their dash cam and if it drained the battery of your Mustang when it stays on after the vehicle is turned off. On some vehicles I've seen, they don't drain the battery at all and some do.
