I've got just a tick over 1,500 miles on my car, but early on I felt that the rear end was a little loose. After doing some research and digging around I knew that I needed this kit. Steeda also offers several great options but to me this kit is like the combination of their bushing support kit, the alignment pins, and their subframe support braces. Now while in conjuction these 3 items 'might' work better, there's no quantifiable way to test this, but IMO the BMR CB005 kit is the best bang for your buck option.

This kit has 1 piece bushing "cup" support pieces, compared to Steeda's 2 piece designs. The rear lower supports wrap around the entire bushing instead of just wedging on, like the Steeda one's do. Last but definitely not least, the subframe support brackets have alignment sleeves welded in and they are beastly. Did I mention how sweet these look in the Black Hammertone?! I didn't take but a couple pictures, and those are on my phone. It all looks the same as what they've got posted on their website, so just check them out here http://www.bmrsuspension.com/?page=products&productid=1543&superpro=0

Since I already had the car up on the lift I also swapped out the factory fill motor oil and transmission fluid with AMSOIL 5w-20 SS and AMSOIL Synchromesh respectively, but this is the suspension section so I'll just leave it at that.

I am in no way a sponsor or affiliated with BMR, nor do I dislike any Steeda products. On the contrary I actually love Steeda stuff, I just use them as a comparison point because they're very popular and many folks will be able to relate to their products.

Awesome! Thanks for the feedback!

This CB005 Kit has been a homerun for us. It is, without a doubt, the best "bolt-on" solution available. We have an extensive amount of research, design, and testing in this kit.

The kit in that link is not a fair comparison. I guess, based on price it is the comparison, but our CB005 Kit offers more advantage, and much more bang for the buck.

Our CB005 Kit is comparable to the Kit you linked, the centering kit, and the cradle brace from them. That is a much more fair comparison.

As for purchasing, you can get them through us direct, or any of our distributors. ;)

Any vendors offering a deal on these, or do you buy them direct from Kelly? I have to get something to help reduce the wheel hop as I made my first passes at the track Saturday and I believe Wikipedia may have made the wheel hop video while I was there...... Are these the Steeda one's that compare? http://www.steeda.com/steeda-s550-mustang-irs-sub-frame-bushing-support-system-2015-555-4437/
I know summit tends to carry BMR stuff and so does Lethal, I know that Lethal has a running forum discount and I'm sure BMR would hook you up if you called them or sent a PM. I got mine from a friend who's a dealer for a decent discount, nothing crazy but still far less than retail.

As BMR just said, that's not a fair comparison at all, as that is only a part of what BMR has done with their kit. I don't drag race so I couldn't tell you how big of a difference it is compared to your situation. I can tell you that winding out the gears and shifting hard....zero wheel hop. I also notice it in the corners, nothing earth shatteringly different but it's more consistent for damn sure.

Thanks. I was trying to make sure I was making an apples to apples comparison and try to understand what products do what. I'll look more into it. Thanks!
My car will see HPDE time as well as 1/4 mile time.
Kelly, what other components would you recommend along with this kit to drastically reduce wheel hop?
