Larger injectors don't use more fuel.

Reread the op.....
I wasnt talking about the OP. I forgot to quote @D3adc1ld quite aware this is a GT350 manifold thread captain obvious. Appreciate it though.

Considering the relative inexpensiveness of the 47# injectors to that of the GT350 intake/TB, and the fact that they'll be readily accessible when the intake swap is done, I guess I'd do it all at once and be done with burning corn in mind.

Cheap insurance. And that way you've also got more room to move if/when you decide to add LTs and such.....

JDM also said no need for injectors on pump gas.

E85 or beyond 7800rpm then yes.
They haven't even started tuning this combo on E85 yet. Therefore I will go with Lund and their expertise. Not advise based on speculation.
Just to clear this up I did not say any of the above. In the past E85 required larger injectors on high revving N/A setups. If the same doesn't apply to the 2015 I will be surprised.

You don't need larger injectors beyond 7800 rpms on pump gas (91-93) either. When did I say that? 7800 is just where we have our auto shifting at and we may go even higher.

We don't tune for E85 and will not start to anytime soon. If you want to go that route Lund is your guy anyway.

Sorry buddy I miss-read you saying 7800rpm as the safe limit.

Good to know the stock injectors then on pump gas are good for well whatever rpm one is brave enough to run.

This^

It literally takes 15 minutes tops to swap them out if that's all you're doing. If your changing the manifold already it would only add maybe 3 minutes to the total install time. I don't get why people will spend $1000 on a cat back and $350 on a CAI but aren't willing to spend $250 on these.

I have a GT350 manifold and it's not my fault you "forgot" to quote what you were referencing. Considering you said you have a JLT and assume he "meant intake manifold" I'd say I was correct that you are lost.:headbonk: How's that for captain obvious?

BTW, the injectors are fine on E85 and fine on a GT350 manifold.....but I have not tested on both at the same time.

your going to be pushing the injector, the more power that you make.

you'll know your out of injector, when your out of injector.

personally, i never play with fuel, i'd rather spend a few hundred bucks if i'm on the edge, than risk running lean

I highly doubt this manifold will be any different then the cj or boss for e85. They needed injectors why wouldn't this? Come on
