YOU DON'T NEED TO BE A MEMBER FOR 60 DAYS PRIOR TO GETTING YOUR PIN.

You can get a pin the day you sign up. You have to have a 60+day membership. THEY ONLY SELL 1 YEAR MEMBERSHIPS.

Sorry for yelling...

PS, they sometimes want a membership card though, and that can take 3-4 weeks to get, but some didn't have to show a card, just email proof.

Email Rebate Expiration?

I call Ford customer service this afternoon and told the representing that I was interested on getting a Ford Mustang, she ask for my email and address so she can send me info and two hours later I got an email and received the rebate..

----What is the expiration on the rebate Ford emailed you after you called Ford customer service?

I'm trying to time this right so I can order a Mustang, and I'm sure everyone would want to know this.

So when I got home from work yesterday morning and checked the mail the two brochures I ordered off the ford website (one mustang and one Taurus) both had $750 private cash offers. Only question now is will my car come on or before January 3 2015 as this is when they state you must take delivery by. Not liking my odds as of right now.

The holidays really throw a monkey-wrench into factory-ordering a Mustang!

That's why I asked maldopr1 when his emailed rebate expires (mentioned in Post #322 where he called Ford customer service & got a $750 rebate emailed to him), so we can plan accordingly. No response from posters on this thread on that front yet.

Someone please chime in if you know the answer!

Dealer can not get extension on private offer rebates. You'll just have to apply for another one and hope you get it after this one expires. Good luck

I called Ford and asked for a brochure. I asked if it had a rebate on it and she said probably not. The rebates are given to select markets and demographics.

What # did you call to get the rebate? Did you say anything special to get the rebate?

I went to my dealer with the EAA rebate in hand (did not receive one from the brochure). After checking his system he found that I am eligible for the $750 loyalty cash offer, even though I did not get a brochure).

Unfortunately they do not stack but I was able to use Ford financing along with the EAA rebate and X-Plan.
