I was in the same boat.....as you can see, my 5 year old inner self and the ADD kicked in when I went to go test drive. I swear I took the meds but I still went full retard and the "ITS SO SHINEY!!!" Oh well, it's only money.....I told the wife she needs a raise to start funding the "I Need Car Parts Foundation".....any one know of a good air mattress? Dog looked at me funny when I slept on his bed.

I'm up 2 hours early today, just because mine is sitting in the driveway.

I call Ford customer service this afternoon and told the representing that I was interested on getting a Ford Mustang, she ask for my email and address so she can send me info and two hours later I got an email and received the rebate..

Wrong. Worked fine for me after about 10 days. No reason to think it wouldn't have worked the moment I got the certificate, five minutes after I joined EAA.

Multiple brochure offer codes that I received would not combine with the EAA discount. I literally brought in a stack of brochures and they tried them all.

It took about 3.5 weeks for me to get my card. They email you a bunch of things though that should verify membership if your dealer asks.

I joined EAA 4-5 weeks ago and still don't have it, but I got my car last week and used their $750 rebate in the process.

EDIT: Although, it's also possible my wife has put it somewhere without telling me.

It really does look like junk mail when it comes in. I almost sent it right to the shredder until I recognized the logo..

If you by accident throw away any of the rebates the dealer can still pull up that rebate and is unique certificate number and process it.A good sales person will always run a certificate inquiry and make sure there's no rebates out there that they missed.

This wasn't a rebate, we were talking about the EAA membership card.

The fastest way to get proof of your new membership in EAA is to printout the membership certificate that is generated when you sign up and submit your credit card number.
I printed out both my membership certificate and the X-Plan/$750 cash documents, when I submitted my credit card. Within a few minutes, EAA emailed me copies of the certificates.

I received my plastic membership card a few weeks after signing up.

All your dealer needs is the EAA numbers, not necessarily the plastic card.

Same here, dealer didn't even ask for any card or even a confirmation number, just the X-plan PIN.

The dealer gets paid by Ford on the X-plan so they don't really care if its verified or not as long as you have a valid PIN.
