I'm trying to figure out my budget? Do you think Ford will do anything from the start with financing? Ie. - 0% for 5 years.

How about incentives? Not until they're closing out the 2015 model year?
Chances of Ford offering any rebates right of the bat on 2015 Mustangs are slim to none. Same thing with 0%. You'll start seeing incentives like that once they're getting ready to move 2015 units and make room for 16's.

Right now you can get at least $3500 on 2014s Or $1500+ 0%.

I guess the one I ordered at invoice isn't desirable, LOL.

Actually, the Internet Sales Director who approved my deal took a little heat from his manager for that deal. The note is on my order. It says something about "stupid!"
I meant incentives that are further discounts. Right now you are paying invoice. Incentives would mean for you: invoice minus incentive.

I suspect we will get a 500 rebate but thats about it if anything.

If you use the X-Plan theres usually not much you can put ontop of that deal. Which im not too upset about.
Actually Xplan is a starting price and you ALSO GET all currenT rebates or special financing. You can also combine the 750 coupon on top. And when I say rebates I mean any normal rebate for general customers. The military one is not applicable to this conversation.

Has anyone received an offer for $750 Ford cash with a date after 9/22? I read on another thread that if you order a brochure directly from Ford, you will receive also receive a $750 coupon, but the latest date I've heard is 9/22. Here is a link to the brochures page http://www.ford.com/brochures/?gnav=footer-tools. I just sent a request to receive a brochure on something other than a Mustang just in case they don't send it along with Mustang brochures. BTW, I also read that you need to request 0-30 days to trigger the rebate.

I used TrueCar for my 2015 mustang order. Agreed on $36,949 in writing...msrp was $39,815. Thats $50 over invoice.

Sounds good, did you get their DOC fee amount in writing as well? Easy for a dealer to give a good price and then stick a $500 to $800 doc fee on the end of it.

Yeah, $125. Thats what I've paid for my last couple cars. First time using TrueCar and I have to say, I liked it. No back and forth negotiating BS. If you are doing a trade, just bring in printouts from several blue book sites so they don't get you there and also get approved for financing from some place of your choosing before you go to the dealer.
