Still very surprised that none of these aftermarket units are capable of displaying radio station information, they just display the frequency. The user should be able to lock it to night or day mode.

Still an upgrade, nonetheless.

It is weird because it's basically using the stock info for it to work, figured it would be easy to display that stuff.

I'm still on the fence if it's a huge step up from TomTop.

When you hit the home screen can you have the screen show navigation on half of it with the other half showing what your phone is connected to and what radio station is playing like the real sync 3 does...basically home screen shows navigation and two other things as well?

[MENTION=19254]Moddiction[/MENTION] this looks great! how about if you can get them to add controls for the AC buttons? A +/- for Fan Control and a +/- for Heat/AC and for each +/- there would be a bar from max heat to max ac showing what setting it is at. Max heat would be the longest red bar, hitting the - button would go down to the next longest red bar but shorter than the longest and so forth until it reaches cold temp, the the cold temps would have the same thing but going up to the longest blue bar showing max ac. A deep red to light red would be cool too showing it's change in temp as well. Not sure how hard or easy it is to interface though...but if people really wanted full adjustability on AC controls, I think this would be a start.

This unit looks promising none the less. I will have to wait for the second or third batch though...I just purchased AC fenders, need to get them painted, need to pick up premium rear bumper w/ roush valance and paint them, and vegas is in a couple weeks...imma be broke for a while...haha

So this unit can replace a base system with 4" screen (that comes with sync 2 I think)....correct?

Assuming so, if the base unit does not come with GPS antenna do you supply a GPS antenna also?

Most of these units that replace the 4" radio come supplied with a GPS antenna
