Curious as to what your IAT's are vs. your ambient/outside temperature readings as you are cruising down the highway? Mine seem to want to settle in 4 degrees above ambient at highway speeds. How about the rest of you, just curious?

At highway speeds, 4 - 8*F difference. Stationary, I average 15*F difference.

Have a good day!

The weather here is all over the place but I'd say on average about 4 degrees warmer than ambient for me.

When moving, I'm seeing IAT consistently 4 degrees higher than ambient.

Thanks all. Just had me wondering if the two thermistors are just 4 degrees off from each other or if there is about 4 degrees of heat soak going on at speed. I'm sure it will be different this Summer. Thanks for the responses all. :)

IAT is 3-4 degrees above ambient when moving and I've seen up to a 20 degree difference when stationary
