I wanted Suntec PPF I get Xpel instead

3 times I told the installer to put suntec ultra on my car. He installs Xpel. I wanted Suntec because the film is smoother. Xpel has orange peel that I don't like. What recourse do I have?

Did you pay by credit card? If so, call your card and refute the charge explaining that the installer did not install the product you paid for and you’re not satisfied.

I used a debit card. My credit union most likely will not restore the money.
