New update, got the second shop and they told me what happened. Appears the first shop didn't complete the necessary work in time.
Car was covered in compound from polishing. I have white spots all over the entire car, including all of the plastic trim. Hoping I can try to remove that tomorrow. Went to meet the owner of the first shop and look at the car. He seemed embarrassed but also didn't really acknowledge the issues. We settled for the original work plus damages. Now it is up to me to have the areas re-painted or touched up and then decide if I want to have another location wrap and coat the car. At this point they have killed everything that made this car exciting. Now I almost feel sad every time I see it.
First new car in my entire life, eight weeks old and it looks worse than the day I got it. Going to call some shops specializing in fixing bad work and detailing and see if I can get that corrected to at least look like it was from the factory. Now that I am home, I feel like I should have tried to get more money but to late at this point I guess. Word of warning to everyone else, no matter how many google reviews and forum posts someone has, sometimes an installer isn't what you think they are.
