Have 1000 miles on my Ecoboost. Installed MBRP catback and now eager to install Cobb stage 1 93 octane tune. Car has been carefully broken in. Have had no issues with previously owned WRX/STI or Fiesta ST installs after break in period. Any thoughts or experiences or suggestions?

Go ahead and flash it. The break in period is over. Some people flash there cars way before that.

I had parts when I was waiting for the car to come in. I flashed it with 60mi on the clock. Also FMIC, CAI, Oil separator at the same time.

Back in my Subaru days, I knew people who literally flashed it on the dealer lot when they went to pick it up. Those were also the people who didn't have ringland failures oddly enough lol

So really, not much need to wait if you get a good tune and don't care about your warranty, just do it.

I flashed at 24,000 miles and installed UPR DV-Catch Can at the same time. Just completed my first 2k miles with the tune. Now at 26,9xx with no issues

I had my Cobb accessport and MBRP exhaust on with about 1300 miles on my car. I've not been to the track with it though on the tune. STock I went 13.64. The car is definitely a lot more fun to drive. Now I'm just putting back money to get my intercooler.

Flashed with 32 miles on the odometer.

Made a call to Tim (COBB), who was in airplane over Kentucky. He VPN'd into their servers from the air and sent us a upgrade key for one of our blank AP's to flash our car; on a Sunday afternoon.

At that time, AccesstunerPro software wasn't even available/ready for release! A few days later we were one of the first independent facilities testing their software before full release.

I installed mine at around 2700 miles. Got used to the way the car drove in various situations before I flashed.
Now I'm pro tuned.
