I work 2 weeks on/off, so my car will sit for 2-3 weeks regularly then get driven a hand full of times then sit another 2-3 weeks. This safe to store e85 or should I just do that on occasion and leave 93 in it?

It’s okay to let it sit for a bit. I’ve gone way longer than 2-3 weeks with E85 sitting in my tank.

E85 is what is used for off-season power equipment so the gas doesn't get gummed up in the fuel lines
It's actually good to have for long term storage of fuel, 2 weeks is no problem.

Put some Blue Stabil in it and you will be good. Used it in my offshore fishing boat and it started with the first turn of the key, every time ..Good Sheet.

Shouldn't be an issue. I switch over to 93 during the winter months here only because E85 doesn't do good in cold.

I use Lucas green e85 treatment in my race car and it sits all winter, 5-6 months, I’ll just drive empty the tank and fill it up fresh in the summer.
No problem, done it like this for years.

If you leave it for a couple weeks at a time it's perfectly fine, I have done the same with my car
