Never seen one of these before. Trying to access fuel lines, videos online just show torx and nuts not these.

It is a nut. Just turn counter-clockwise to remove.

I put a socket on mine and turn by hand. No need for a ratchet. Same thing when reinstalling. If memory serves me correctly, I want to say it’s a 1” socket.

Don't overtighten it when re-installing either. It's basically a piece of sheet metal formed into a nut.
