How do I redeem my 3 free maintenance plan oil changes?

I redeemed my ford pass points for 3 full syn oil changes when I bought my GT, but don't see anywhere to specify on the dealer's service page when making an appt. Or do I just schedule an oil change and when I go to the dealer show them my maintenance plan?

Don't know about the fordpass rewards specifically, but i bet it works somewhat similarly to my oil change plan i got with mine. Meaning no spot on the appointment form, but tell the service advisor i have a plan and he looks it up. In this case, tell them you have fordpass rewards you want to redeem. For the first one, i would do it before leaving it with them, just in case something goes wrong.
