How are everyone's painted rear diffusers holding up to rock chips and whatnot? I'm going to clear wrap some key areas of my car when it comes in, and the painted rear diffuser looks like it might be worth doing. But I'd like the opinion of folks with real-world experience.

No rock chips, etc. as of 2000 miles. That said, I've rarely been on the highway - mostly back roads and city driving. I have noticed that the rear of the car accumulates dust and road grime considerably more than other vehicles I've owned. I'm worried that the gloss black panel will start to see fine surface scratches and nicks more than the diffuser.

Good to know. Hopefully Ford put a hard finish on the deck lid panel to resist scratching and chips.

9k+ and no issues - it's really not in a position to get hit by any rocks... Can't say as much for the front bumper, I already have my share of chips and dings.
