When do you move the Ford GT in next to the GT500 and GT350?The garage door company finally got around to removing the standard height track kit (wrong kit installed initially) and replacing with a high lift kit.
No sense letting that extra ceiling height go to waste. Now I’ll be able to raise the garage door when the car is on the lift.

Yes, the views are very nice around there. I do like the idea of filling the expansion joints before epoxy. That’s how they did it at our last house. That’s a question I’ll have to ask.Very nice views out of your garage. Love the separation you have from your neighbors. Can’t speak for others but once you’ve had a place like this not sure I could ever go back to high density. Do you guys fill the expansion joints and epoxy the floors there? You’ll been in before you know it. Not a bad gidt for yourselves with the Holidays right around the corner.
I‘m guessing it can/will. I sure hope it‘s going to be fine though. I have had a driveway crack before, right in the middle of one of the sections and drop 1/4”. We had to replace that section of the driveway to correct the issue.I guess the slab had no thermal expansion / contraction in FL!
Actually there can be benefit of the lower mount. My son installed ceiling-suspended storage racks over his doors. He was able to install 4 of the 4'x8' racks above his 16 ft wide door. The garage door company finally got around to removing the standard height track kit (wrong kit installed initially) and replacing with a high lift kit.
