Horn Sensitivity

I have a 2016 Ecoboost premium, and i noticed a small issue with the horn. I’m a new mustang owner so i’m not too sure if this is an issue or if it’s just how Mustangs are, but my horn only works when I push the bottom of the wheel right where the “airbag” text is. Anywhere else around the pony logo won’t activate it even if i am pushing HARD. Is this common or should I take it into a shop and have someone look at it?

I have 2016 as well, and the horn has always been touchy. Occasionally it'll work with a tap, but most of the time it takes a hard push, then you end up blaring-and it's loud. So I only use it in emergency. I never tried touching different areas, have to check it out

My 15 GT is the same way. I really should look into why it won't work right.

Not that it matters but my 2019gt only came with 1 horn.i had dealer put in 2nd horn
