You can get the front to align pretty easy with the bumper stop adjustment. Like Big Ernie says, the best way to align the rear is with a shim, if you want it perfect.
Can't put a shim. Have hood struts and not enough threads left to add a shim. Can't have everything.

Mine is a 2019 GT350. Hood is off a bit in the same location as the OP's. I'm leaving it alone. It's a Mustang, not a German made car!
I tend to disagree with: "It's a Mustang, not a German made car!". My Audi S4 was priced for $56K. My GT350 priced $65K. That is a $10K difference! Audi, even after 9 years of ownership is a lot better quality car than GT350. That being said, I forgot poor quality of paint, body work and rattling noises when I drive this fucking car.

yeah i suspect it should be compared to an RS5 more realistically in that lineup... starts at 74k and still isn't the same.... agreed on that last bit though!

Friend of my have RS5 and I was considering one, no MT kills this car for me. Aggry on drivability car to car comparison. But I was suggesting high standards and quality of Audi build. Never mind technology of RS5.

The fit and finish on Audi's, BMW's and MB's, even on their least expensive models, is usually far and above what we see on current Mustangs. Ours go down the same line as the base Mustangs. I also paid more for my GT350 than the well optioned BMW 340Xi the wife drives, but damn, what a difference in paint quality and body fitment you see between the two cars. Having established that observation, the Bimmer does not put as big a smile on my face as the GT350 does each time I slide in behind the wheel and push that start button !

Mustang isn't the only performance car suffering from bad QC.
I owned 3 Corvettes and their QC isn't great either. Panel fitment sucks especially in the front and rear fascia areas.
They cost a lot more than Mustangs. Not justifying anything, just pointing out the overall lack of QC.

Any decent Ford dealer’s body shop can make that adjustment for you. The reason why most dealerships push back is because Ford’s warranty process is a pain in the ass to get reimbursed and Ford’s “book time” is usually much lower than the time it actually takes to perform the operation so the body technicians always grumble. Good luck!

Another thing dealership should do immediately is stop prepping these cars. I can't tell you how many Gt350 I have looked at to buy with various dealerships and there is already scratches and the infamous wiper ding already installed in the car. For the life of me I don't understand y a dealership would not know the basic fundamental of how to prep a car , especially a $65k plus car. it's no wonder most people don't want the dealerships people touching their car.

I guess it depends on where you buy your car.
I work with high end dealerships and they prep their cars about the same as any other domestic dealership. They seem to do a better job on the interior. The paint? Same processes, right down to the huge brush car washes!!

My trunk is off on my 2016, if I line it up with the quarter panels, it no longer lines up with the tail lights just right. So I just tried to make a happy medium. I also adjusted the tail lights to move one over, but that took a bit of filing on the tail light stud mounts. Oh well...
The dealer also put a nice scratch in my rear window before I bought it. most people will not notice it, but I do.
