Hey guys I found what might be a good deal on marketplace for a new hood. Mine has hail damage so I've been watching to see if anything pops up. I attached the pics from the listing here and was wondering if anyone could id the brand. The seller knows nothing about it and claims it fits both the gt and gt500 and from what I can tell it can only be one or the other since the gt500 has different front end.

Thanks

I am no expert as GT500 not an option in the UK, but that looks like a replica GT500 to me so assume if you have a standard GT will be no use to you.

But let others with better knowledge than I, help you decide if right for you or not.

GL either way finding what you need 🙂

I believe you have to know what year GT it fits (2015-2017, or later years). If it fits both the GT and the GT500, then the hood would fit the 2015-2017 years.
If the hood is an aftermarket hood and a person wanted to put it on a GT500, I don't know I would trust that features would line up (such as the hood pins). They may, but it is a chance one would take.

I also need a bumper and they have this one. Think both the hood and the bumper will work with a standard gt without too much trouble? I plan on painting them myself.

I am just going to put this disclaimer here: Not a fan of up-badging but these look amazing and the price is impossible to beat even for factory replacements.

You're going to have an issue around the fenders on your car. Your stock fenders aren't as wide as Shelby fenders, and the joints won't line up.

Looks like a Vicrez hood, should be aluminum and weigh around 23lbs.
