I notice this isnt the first thread youve told people to wait. I cant help but wonder if its a nice bit better then the gt350 with how much you seem to be suggesting people to wait.
We always release new products here at UPR. We like to share what we are working on with everyone so people are kept in the loop. With Magazines or online media like STANG TV, once they are involved its up to them on releasing. I posted this so people know another manifold is being tested.

Subbed was wanting to get this Mani but was waiting for results also wanted to see if it cleans the strut bar.
I will say that IT WILL NOT clear the stock brace.

so is the 11-14 manifold posted basically the same? cause its available for purchase now? whats the deal on this
You can buy it from them and wait for it to be in stock before it's shipped from Holley or any dealer. BUT... the article will tell more as its not a simple swap.

(this is not the one people seen at any show)

We can not give any insight or details on the install or power gains as they will all be released on StangTV.com. We will not no details until after its on stangtv.com as per the op quoted on the first post.
Thank you.

Damn !!!! Im out....cmon Edelbrock - get that thing released!

The Edelbrock is based the same as the BOSS. They even will admit that. It's just now cast. That will not fit either.

Thats not correct steve. Edlebrock states it fits. Id link it but dont want to muddy the thread. Brian at vossen posted a thread about it. If this sniper doesnt clear the stock hood without lowering the motor, a lot of people could potentially pass for the vitctor II or the gt350 which doesnt require it. I like the price point of the sniper but if i gotta lower my motor (i want watsons solid mounts) or get a different hood, im out. I'm also out if it doesnt even make the same or better power. I dont care about the brace personally. Base gt dont come with it anyway.

Lol, I dont think this was an "I'm in" or "I'm out" thread. Steve was just simply sharing that they tested another intake manifold that's hitting the market soon so people interested in this type of mod may want to wait to see the results.

Interested or not it's cool to see other companies releasing new products for our cars!

I think people are aware what its purpose is. They are just sharing if certain things the individual wants to retain cant be kept, they arent interested anymore. Its a public forum. People share their thoughts, feelings and opinions. You can do that, you know.

I do agree its great to see more products coming out. Im appreciative of the testing Upr is doing.

The thing is though, no one has tested either (that is public) and it's all hear say on any of it. I'm stating actual known facts to what I'm allowed to say. I have seen both, got the inside and outs. And been on top of both before they were even known to the public. You can put the BOSS next to the Edelbrock and its the same size all around. The 15 market is not their starting point. It's the coyote motor itself. That is why we will release all the data we have when we are allowed to.

But you asked if it would clear the stock strut tower brace. I stated it will not. The same goes with the BOSS on the older years when it was released. Another bar had to be used for it. (Hint Hint)

I am personally forcing myself to wait till the article is released because I would love to share some actual facts about it. Trust me. LOL I did this post so people know its being tested. Like you and others have said, its awesome companies are finally going out with parts for these motors but thats the main part of this... The motor is the focus.

Please take this as a non mad response as this manifold has created a great discussion. Cheers!

Didnt know youve had hands on experience with the victor II.

Didnt consider it fit with another bar. Im not interested in the bar. That was someone else. Im just not wanting to notch my hood/change it or use lowering motor mounts. I have desire for solid metal mounts that watson makes. Thats my only goal with fitment . If the victor II or sniper can meet that goal and make comparable power and at a good price point compared to the gt350 im interested.

Wow. The stock GT manifold made decent tq. But, that CJ has me thinking it would be the better choice over a GT350 swap.

^^^^^ Id would like to see this same test on a 15/16 GT.

Graph was pretty interesting to say the least.

Keep in mind the results in that vid. Are done on the GT350 engine not the Coyote engine.
(VMP Performance tests a Ford Performance Cobra Jet intake (and a stock Mustang GT intake) on a 2016 Shelby GT350.)
