My ordered Jet Fighter Gray finally arrived and i was told last JFG for 2021 built. Decided not to pick it up after the wait so it’s available at Clarksville TN Ford if anyone is wanting it. I placed an order for 2022 GT in Dark Matter Gray.

Just picked up my 2021 FJG today. Chassis M6055, blend date 12/16/2021

I have M5934 velocity blue. Picked up Dec. 27 21 in Saginaw Mi. Drove home to middle TN.

There is no connection between VIN and chassis number. There is also no connection between VIN and assembly date. A higher VIN can have an earlier assembly date than a lower one.

Correct.

The only S550's to date that had an exact VIN to "chassis" or "badge" number were the true 2015 50th Anniversary LE's (of which only 1,964 were built). If you see a VIN from one of these, the last (4) digits of the VIN will always match the dash plaque "chassis" number.

I believe the only other time a VIN will match a "badge or chassis" number will be 1st line builds used for prototyping, possible limited press vehicles, those built for internal Ford family or Executives, or the 1-off Barrett Jackson vehicles. Other than that, the S550 VIN won't correlate back to the interior dash badge.

Very close to the end of 2021 M1 production… I have chassis number M6302 with a build date of 12/16.
