Hi there, looking to purchase high-flow cats for my 2018 Mustang GT with a cat back exhaust. Having a hard time trying to find any for sale online. Can anyone give me some recommendations or leads?

Gesi g-sport 400 cell cats. Pretty sure gesi is the manufacturer of the kooks cats anyway. Epa certified, good for 500-850hp per cat.

Cant really speak for 18+, but no cel on my 15 with the 400 cell versions. 300 cells are reportedly hit or miss.

MakPerformance and a few other vendors carry them. You can check around if they are in stock or ETA.

Link to product page: you'll want gen2 (400 cell): https://gsportbygesi.com/high-performance-catalytic-converters/g-sport-emissions-systems-products/

I have a Whipple with ARH Catted Headers. Probably 650 wheel max. Am I living on borrowed time with these?
If I changed to a pair of these top of the line Cats would it affect the tune?

I can't really say. Typical cats included with headers are the standard 200 cell metallic substrate cats though. They can usually take heat OK, but I really don't know their limit. And not sure exactly what yours may be.

It should not affect your tune at all regardless.

Shouldn't affect your tune at all. My stock cats burnt out after a harsh tune before I purchased my car.

Update: Bought some Kooks Green Cats. Good to 850 HP. But unfortunately are 4.5" OD. Fit with Kooks longtubes because Kooks are a 3/4 length Header. Didn't do my research. Wouldn't fit with the ARH Midpipes. Since ARH Cats are 3.5" in OD. So lost 25% restocking fee which sucked.
Anybody know of a High Flow Cat with high HP tolerance in a 3.5" OD or what has anybody done to fit a high flow cat with Headers?

I gave a link above that has gesi cats with outlined inlet/outlet diameters and outer body diameters with horsepower ratings.

Most if not all effective cats will probably be at least 4" outer diameter. You should be able to make any fit with some custom work. I have 4.5" OD cats with texas speed headers.

What did you do to make them fit?
In this pic you can see I have no room. The muffler shop said that adding a half inch each side would cause TQ to knock from the cross member. And Kooks Cats being 7.5" long there's no room to adjust them downstream.
Do you have a pic of your setup?

I didn't have to really do anything special to fit the cats. Just had an exhaust shop add some pipe so I could bolt them on. My headers may actually come down a little farther than yours. For some reason I don't have any pics - I'll see if I can get some later today and share.

A couple pics for you. These are 4.5" OD. No clearance issues. Have scrapped them once unfortunately from a very steep speed bump though (car is also lowered).
