2017 Roush Stage 3. Truely a problem child....CHT hit 260 during track day. Engine pulled power. Drove it home. Now notice the Temps during normal driving over 200 and spike up over 215 if getting on it. Not normal for my car. Car had the 170 thermostat. I took the thermostat out and doesn't change much. I don't see any flow in the overflow tank and the top of the radiator is noticably warmer on one side vs the other (literally half and half) tried the burping technique. My experience tells me it is the waterpump but a part of me thinks there is air in the system? Any thoughts ideas are appreciated.
I ordered a new pump as a precaution.

yeah pretty normal range. Do you have the Performance package? I believe with a bigger radiator, it will help lower those temps or at least extend your track session

exact same thing happened to my procharged one

at track it showed 270F. pulled over and cooled it down, and then continued HPDEing with 230F.
now it idles at 210F. fwiw weather was 95F, and air inlet was 110F (inside the bumper)
