Beautiful car and a really good price for a Heritage R, even with 22k miles.

I read that as he means non R and non heritage, but who knows.
The pictures clearly show the car being a 350R. The title of the thread says "R". Go take a look at his post history. Majority of them are just being negative about the 350s. Another guy where the 350 is living rent free in their head. I would never go into the GT or Mach 1 forums and tell an owner their car is worth less. I don't own any of those cars and could care less about them.

I wasn’t saying it wasn’t an R. I was just interpreting his wording differently since he didn’t specify R or Heritage. For what it’s worth, I was referring to non-R cars, paying over 80k for a standard GT350 would be tough to justify in today’s market.

Not trying to beat you up. The todays market has been said for quite a while now. Is a regualr 350 worth 80k, that very much depends on the particular car. Very nice examples of 350’s are north of 65-70k depending, and even higher if they’re 19’s or 20’s especially. R’s are for sure north. What most either ignore or don’t grasp is there are certain cars, and the 350 is with spades one of them, that will bring very strong values depending on the car. Those that are simply out shopping cars and comparing prices simply aren’t the buyers for those cars. Not a knock, just is what it is.

Fair enough. Spec, mileage, and year definitely move the needle on these cars, especially the ’19–’20 examples. The right car will always bring strong money. I’m someone who needs whatever model I buy fully spec’d or nothing, otherwise I get FOMO. I love the GT350 platform, but for me it would’ve had to be a 2020 R, fully loaded with the tech pack and final updates, or not at all. At similar mileage to my Mach 1, those were 95k+ when I was shopping. I did see a Heritage spec’d that way around 87k, but with 30k miles, and 87k is still steep. At 25 and a few months out of grad school, that isn’t realistic for me. I’m really happy with where I landed, fully spec’d Mach 1, ~2k miles, around 63k. Long term, who knows, it would definitely be a dream car to add to the stable. All that said, I respect the R market and understand why the right cars bring strong money no doubt.
