I’ve got a 2017 gt performance and I have a real bad squealing coming from the front drivers side wheel that the shop “can’t hear”. Sounds like a brake chirping and it’s there with or without braking. The chirp accelerates with wheel speed, comes and goes when turning the wheel but usually they’re when straight. It’s not a consistent sound, sometimes it’s there and sometimes it’s not. When I jacked the car up to look around I saw a backing plate pretty close to the the rotor and moved it back a little bit but that wasn’t it. The wheel doesn’t spin near as freely as the other one without weight on it. Didn’t feel any give in the wheel from the bearing although sometimes the sound can be a little grindy. Shop said they looked at everything they could and didn’t find anything unsafe. Any thoughts or recommendations would be appreciated, I’ll attach a video of the sound. New to the forum so maybe this is in the right place

There could be something off with the wheel bearing/hub assembly in general. Downtime will absolutely suck, but have Ford look into it if it's under warranty. You shouldn't have that big of a difference in friction when trying to spin it (e.g., you shouldn't feel the difference).
