those of you changing pads... what have you dome with the rotors? did you machine them or complete replacement, or just run them as is?

I'm going to deglaze / resurface them lightly with high grit sandpaper and roll with it. I'll post results once new pads arrive and I drive with them for a few hundred miles.

Lol this is the only issue I've had with the car and it has 22,000 miles on it. Really no biggie. It's just annoying and as a plus I'd love to not need to clean my wheels every other day.

When doing this, do it lightly, and in a circular motion. You're only trying to break up the glaze on the surface of the rotor.
