Help installing new speakers

Hello, I currently have a 2019 premium, with the 9 speaker non shaker and I would like to upgrade the speakers/ add amp and add a Sub/amp ( I currently have a jl audio sub and a jl audio JD500/1 amp for it), I seen so many different ways to do this but just wondering what is the most efficient way of doing this any help will be appreciated.
