I just called the number you gave a while ago. Some stupid woman was talking to me. She said they don’t have access to US builted mustangs and they need license for it. Like a joke
Any further update yet Doruk? Came across this. Do not know what they can do with a S550 Mustangs. Can't hurt to reach out.

Hello everyone. So shortly, I have a 2018 Mustang and I didn’t start the car for like few months because I was out of country. When I turned back couple of days ago, I charged my battery(checked the health level of battery etc.) and everything is working good except the Digital Dash. It’s black fully or sometimes it’s black with stripes. What can it be about ? I don’t have an insurance that will change the dash for free I’m hoping that it’s something fixable. I checked fuses in car and they’re healthy also :(

btw I’m living in Poland Warsaw and If anyone is living in Poland, I’m opened to good mechanic-service advices. Thank you from now.

1/28/2022: This same issue is occurring on my 2018 Mustang GT manual transmission. Of course, it's just out of warranty and the dealer is telling me the whole digital instrument cluster must be replaced at a cost of $2,200+. Ford sucks.

Get a FORSCAN setup with a OBD MX+ and see if you can get into the digital dash. They have different features you can mess with and I believe reset or reflash the cluster.

The same thing happened to me due to a loose connection between the display and the motherboard. Same white and gray lines, same everything. It is very easy for this connector to get loose. Simply disassemble the cluster and reattach the connectors.
