I have no experience with the hellhorse kit but I love my hellion sleeper kit. Had it for 20k miles so far. Runs great.

Hellion uses precision turbos in their kit
Hellhorse uses oil-less turbos in their kit from comp.
Honestly there is little difference. If hellhorse give you manifolds that would be sweet, especially for the price

Hellhorse makes a tight-fitting, quality kit. You get 4-into-1 headers and a 6" intercooler core. They also have a unique 6568 turbo. Customer support is excellent. My install was just finished and the car is on the dyno now. Preliminary pulls made just under 1100 on drag radials. Making more pulls with the boost turned up to 24-25psi.

20psi. It made 850 or so at 14psi. 1000 should be around 17 +/-. This is a Gen2 engine, by the way. Gained 10whp removing the mufflers.

you should try dumps to see how much you are losing thru the exhaust system. sound like a lot of back pressure are you running aftermarket valve springs??

Made 1211 on 24psi. Yes, it's a built motor with good springs.
