I second the bad experience with Hellhorse. Ordered a CAI from them. They gave me the run around on shipping it. They did not respond to emails. Did not answer phone calls. And was hit or miss with texting/chatting. Took over a month to cancel order and credit my account. BUYER BEWARE!
As far as the lock outs go. I got mine off of eBay. They are aluminum, fit well and cheap. Don’t know if they are still available but worth a search.

I have found them to not stay tight over time. Use them for my header wrap and they constantly loosen
use the kind that are on your CV boots. The ones where you bend the metal over the catch and cut the excess off. Physically cannot loosen.

I've used zip ties for all kinds of things from the time I first saw them. Never had one fail.
