Has anyone had any luck reaching Corsa customer service?
I recently installed an axle back system and although the the parts are of high quality, one out of the two adapters were of the wrong size. I had to go to a local shop to have one made so I could complete the install. Even though the part was inexpensive, I wanted to contact Corsa to speak to them about it. To date I have sent three e mails (no response) and four phone calls (all went to voice mail). For the amount of money these systems cost, I would have expected a much better response from Corsa.

Why call now? You already purchased the item you needed. Talking to them will do no good for them to rectify the situation.

As a follow up, I tried the Corsa customer service line again (5th time) and finally talked to the operator. I explained what I had going on, she took down my number and said someone would call me back later on that day. No call back, instead I received an e mail stating that a replacement part would be shipped out next week.
Not really what I was after, was just trying to help out their QC dept so this doesn`t happen to someone else.
If you order from them, double check all parts for fitment prior to starting the install, the part in question was not off by much, but it was off enough to not be usable.

I had a great experience with them. They sent me new silencers to put on my GT as mine 'may or may not have' developed a drone. The sad thing is I have yet to replace them as the hobby shop on post was OOC until June and now with PCS season in full swing I have zero time. So, I have giant box that has taken up residence in my living room (wife is not happy) with new silencers and tips in it. Bottom line, they will take care of you. Ask for John, info below.

I will second good experience with them. I didn't call because I wasn't in a rush. I sent email using their portal. I got a response in a day or so, very polite, professional, and resolution to my issues.

I purchased their Sport cat back exhaust. Shipping container was fine, no damage. Unboxed and inspecting some of the items to see how they all fit together when I noticed one muffler end pipe was bent. It looked like the end cap would cover, it did, but it wouldn't fit on properly. One of the other end caps also didn't fit properly. Found their email, explained the situation, went about my business. Like I said a day or so later they responded, apologized, and explained what could have happened and how to fix (exhaust / pipe expander). If I didn't have a tool or didn't want to take to a local shop to have them do it, they offered to ship me out a replacement.

To save them money, me time, and collect another tool I opted to just order one on-line and have it for the next weekend. Problem solved, everyone came out ahead. On top of that when I bought the product it had a rebate which came in the next day :) I guess what I'm saying is that I had a good experience and a pretty quick turn around.

Sometimes its easier to contact the company you bought from then they'll get you in contact with them.

Sorry about your experience. Makes me sad to read as a fellow enthusiast... I know how salty I get when simple issues just can't seem to get handled in a normal amount of time! Please DM me your contact info when you have a chance. I appreciate the honest feedback and support of our brand with your purchase.
