I wouldn't buy a keychain from these guys. I am not even sure how they are still in business. Haven't heard a single good thing about them.

Out of curiosity how are they saying you installed it incorrectly? Or is that just their excuse to not claim liability.
He said I didn't tighten down the 3 bolts like it said in the instructions when installing it. I checked them when I installed it and I actually checked them not too long ago.

I bought new bolts from Lowes that match and installed them using red loctite. I can understand that Romac makes the damper, but if you're putting your name on it then you need to offer some assistance. I talked to one of the guys on the facebook page and he was a lot more helpful and friendly than the guy on the phone.

Hopefully you were able to get at least Grade 8 bolts [Lowes has a pretty good selection of bolts] but definitely do not use common [grade 5] bolts or they will break from the vibration... I can't believe your vendor is saying that. What was the specified torque on the install?
