heavy cluch feel Mcleod( please help)

I've had the McLeod RST clutch, steel flywheel,steel braided clutch line and new stock slave cylinder for about 3months. I've noticed the clutch makes a noise when I engage the clutch and after riding on the highway for about 20 to 30 min and engaging the clutch getting off the highway if feels a little stiffer then normal. Is this normal or should I be concerned? Thanks
