Please help

Having issues pulling out of first gear. Feels like it get stuck at times not all the time. Clutch is pushed all the way to floor when I switch from first to neutral. Please help, is it the transmission? Should I change the transmission oil? Clutch is 3 months old Mcleod RST lightweight steel flywheel Mcleod braided clutch and new Ford oem slave cylinder. Please help
